My printer is offline, how can I bring it back online?

When you press Print or give some command to print something to your printer, but instead of giving you a print, it says that your printer is offline. Whenever a printer becomes offline within the network, it prevents you from completing print jobs. To root out the  you need to take the support of renowned technical experts.

How to Backup Printer Drivers and Restore Them on Another Computer

When I had a forum on this site someone posted a utility that allows you to back up the printer drivers on one computer and restore them to the other. This utility has saved me a lot of time, especially when installing new computers. And since I do not have the platform now, I thought I needed to share it again. So in the following article I want to show you how to use this great tool.

Step 1: Download the Print Migrator Software Utility

The first step is to download the Microsoft Print Migrator Utility. This utility was originally designed for backup printers on the print server, but it also works on the desktop. This is a stand-alone app, so it can be played from anywhere with your flash drive.

Step 2: Select Run and Backup

Once you open Print Migrator, click on the "File" menu and select "Backup". Now you will choose a name and a location where you will back up your printer. Click on the "Open" button to start the backup.

Step 3: Transfer the printer driver backup and migrate to another computer

You are now ready to restore the printer to another computer. To restore them, simply transfer the backup file and the print migrator utility to another computer and open the print migrator.

Step 4: Restore the printer driver backup to another computer

Then click on the "File" menu and select "Restore." Select the backup file you created and click on "Open". Once the printer is restored, you will see a message below which says "Restore complete". You are now Your printer is ready to use.
